RETURN POLICY

Returns are excepted within 14 days of receipt. To initiate the return process email us at info@brokentelephone.shop and include:

  • Your order number and receipt
  • Name on the order
  • Email address on the order
  • Your request

Once return is authorized please ship unworn and unwashed items back to us with their tags still attached. We hold the right to deny exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements. Sale items are final. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Once a package shows as delivered, the customer is responsible for the package.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped within 2-7 business days at the current postage rate.

International Customers – Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. Broken Telephone is not responsible for any payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any duties or taxes that are payable by you. Regulations and guidelines differ by country.
